The Italian Media Holding The Hundred Has Selected Martina Rattà’s company Role Talent Management to Invest
Martina Rattà and her company Role Talent Management, selected by The Hundred, the Italian media holding, for investments.
Talent manager Martina Rattà established her company, Role Talent Management, back in November 2022, and now it not only represents some of the most popular international creators on the market but also specializes in the development of partnerships and digital influencer marketing strategies.
The relationships between brands and social media and streaming platforms and the usage of content have inevitably changed. The digital content creators, capable of attracting audiences and customers to themselves, have become the main market trendsetters and new reference models of Generation Z. Based on these “Role Models,” is able to reach millions of people with just one click and the important related social responsibilities, Martina Rattà has imagined and created step by step her Role Talent Management. “I have found my purpose in supporting young talents in developing their careers through digital media and new entertainment trends, guiding them to achieve their goals and dreams with hard work and passion. This is not a job where there are guidelines or rules, just curiosity, hard work, determination, and this is precisely what brought me here and what I am looking for now to select them” is the entrepreneur’s recipe.
Since she was a child, Martina has cultivated her passion for music and fashion. Thanks to the support of her family, she has succeeded in both: her study and artistic path between Milan and London, obtaining certification with the highest marks and winning some of the national competitions. Keeping a balance “between art and science” to emerge also in the artistic business, in 2014, she decided to register in the Economics and Management course for Art, Culture, and Communication at Bocconi University. Martina won a scholarship for a program in Australia at the University of Adelaide in 2016. After her first degree in 2017, she was admitted to the Master of Science in Management at the same university, and the following year she was selected again, through a scholarship, for her first work experience, in the United States, in Los Angeles.
Martina fell in love with Los Angeles at first sight and the opportunities of this market, and she understood that it was the place where she wanted to build her future. After her graduation in Management in 2019, she began to work at the Swiss fashion house Philipp Plein in Lugano, where she remained for two years, starting as Omnichannel Buyer & Merchandiser and after with a transversal role also as Social Media Manager dealing with corporate community management, content creation, product placement, and influencer endorsement. On this first occasion, she, therefore, started being in contact with the management of international artists from Paris Hilton to Stevie Aoki. In 2021, after being hired by Off White, she started working on her “side hustle” in her free time with a group of friends, almost by chance. And later started working as a Talent & Project Manager for the digital agency, which in less than one year became the most awarded on the market and which was representing the first Khaby Lame creator in the world. Once again, this experience gave her the opportunity to touch on how much value and impact digital creators and digital partnerships can offer today, it allowed her to make strong relationships with an international client portfolio by working on re-branded and ad campaigns. So it was just quite expected that Martina made a decision to start representing some of these talents directly and found her company, starting to work between Milan and Los Angeles. Martina Rattà was appointed Advisory Board Member of one of the most important associations in the Influencer Marketing sector, WIBA, which since 2019 every, year awards the most influential personalities in the social media world at a global level during the Cannes Film Festival. In Los Angeles, Martina was able to get close to the different Artistic managerial approach compared to the European one and began to collaborate with the management of international stars such as Jason DeRulo.

Martina Rattà’s two objectives can be described as the following: 1) To select those creators who were “positive models” for the new generations and who were able to the importance of social responsibility; 2) To build a bridge between the markets, representing Italian creators with an international follower base to support them in the developing additional international markets, but at the same time, being a point of reference in Europe for those international creators who want to have opportunities in our country.
“Role Talent Management -says Martina Rattà- was founded with the commitment to manage, develop and grow talent to maximize their full potential, both on online and offline channels. Our main priority is our customers as people first. Talent requires hard work, vision, dedication, and personalized attention to develop and build a ‘brand’ around them.” A challenge that Role Talent Management has taken up committing itself to innovate rules that are now consolidated in a digital landscape in constant transformation. “Our goal is to use the digital space and the new web tools as the main asset for talent branding – assures the young digital entrepreneur-. We are working on the development of customized projects and formats in which the talents can be trained and educated but also create their own brand to consolidate their community, leveraging all their social media platforms”.
Founded by Vincenzo Macrì and Leonardo Bongiorno, The Hundred, the Italian media holding which has raised significant capital in the past from a group of investors led by Nicola Volpi, former CEO of Permira Italia, and which is well-known for its investments in projects related to the content creator economy, including the company of Tommaso Zorzi. The Hundred has decided to invest in Martina Rattà’s company. “We immediately believed in her project and decided to support it. In addition to the synergistic and financial component, we saw the right partner in Martina, a young manager who, in a very short time, was able to demonstrate that she is an incredible entrepreneur making her way in a constantly changing market. We have selected, among other realities, Role Talent Management because it promotes values which, as never before, are fundamental,” says Vincenzo Macri, CEO of Media Holding.
“It is an honor for me and a goal that I set for myself and that I didn’t think I could achieve in such a short time. I am grateful that my values and my way of working have attracted the attention of such an important market player, who shares my same vision and who can now support me in building the next goals together.” – admits Martina.

Martina Rattà’s Role Talents Management stands out for the messages of positivity they are able to express. LeTwins, the number one female TikToker in Italy with almost 20 million followers on their respective channels, they represent exactly these values, they are a wave of freshness, positive energy, motivation, colours, and hard work. Positive role models are also MrDasante, a creator based in the United Kingdom who sends an inspirational message to his followers every day, and Xenia Tchoumi, author of the text “Empower Yourself,” who speaks six languages and motivates women to believe every day in themselves.

Martina Rattà strongly believes in values such as cooperation and alliance. “In such a competitive market, the key is to cooperate with other players to exploit synergies and build complementary strengths. Currently, we are working with a complete network of industry professionals and partners in the APAC and LATAM markets such as Raw Talent, Domelipa‘s representative company, WW top 10 TikToker with 95 million followers, and Soon Entertainment, Ox Zung‘s representative company, N1 TikToker in Asia with more than 60 million followers. The digital landscape is a source of connection, creativity and empowerment. The digital world answers many of our basic human needs by connecting cultures, enhancing relationships, giving people opportunities and a voice and this is exactly the approach I will apply to the development of the company”. The first objective is to represent Italian talents, with an international follower base, and to support them in further growing markets. The second step is to support our international partners in our country” the entrepreneur reiterates. The next goal, perhaps the most ambitious, is to transform Role Talent Management over time into a reference agency in the markets, a bridge capable of bringing different worlds together. The dream is to get to build an academy between Milan and Los Angeles that “is a point of reference for all our talents to train them artistically and economically at 360 degrees“.
